With the development of economic & social growing in China, the point of inflection labor’s supply appeals, the relevant laws & regulation of protecting workers right have been awarded & perfected, the living level & the cost of enterprise has been increasing accordingly, such as material cost, operation cost, labor cost,rent cost,employees assurance cost etc in recent years. The cost increasing bring much trouble & challenge to OEM company in China;Company H is one OEM & labor-intensive company that manufacturing the soft goods for a America enterprise in ShenZhen, GuangDong province; There are nearly 10,000 labors in midseason, While there are 2,000 labors in off season; This is a big challenge & pressure to H company which how to deal with the excess labors between the midseason and off season.The action are make up labors needs cost analysis planning& labors resource recruiting planning per forecast order from customer in advance, improve the productivity,control the reasonable percentage of the short term labors in whole labors, establish the labor cost account system to monitor the labor cost changer monthly; To make the order change more smooth not abruptly after discussion with customer; Provide enough trainings to operator for be as a workman can do a few kinds work positions; make a alliance with other companies when in off season; Control the worker’s overtime adequately,add the channel of the labors resource(labor dispatching, labor outsourcing etc), other facility take place of the direct labor activity,technology innovation push the company upgrade, establish the systemic & integrated labor control management system etc;...
