With the continuous development of economy,the role of knowledge in economic development is becoming more and more important.Economic and social progress is also more dependent on knowledge resources and not just the natural environment resources of the past,the role of people in the enterprise Continue to highlight,so as to allow enterprises to continue to adapt to changing and complex environment.Similarly,modern enterprises in the capital investment can not be limited to the previous investment in fixed assets,but also a lot of money into the staff living security and human care aspects,such as the training of workers,incentives or even leave aspect.Therefore,the many problems in front of the enterprise,for example,how to control the relevant costs,how to more effectively improve the cost of control and so on are the urgent changes in the enterprise.In this paper,in the study of human resource costs,this paper cites the use of more elastic theory and control theory in management,and then establishes a control model that matches the theory and the appropriate control model.According to these theories To establish a suitable control model,through the evaluation of the use of the results of the model,hoping to human resources cost control research put forward some of their own countermeasures and related recommendations。This paper first defines and analyzes the related concepts and connotations of the human resource cost,and on the basis of predecessors’ research,the basic elements and key elements of human resource cost are determined from four aspects:acquisition,development,use,guarantee and separation.Elements.And then through mathematics and other tools and models,and thus be able to determine the cost of human resources to do when the scientific and reasonable.Secondly,by sorting out the relevant literature,according to the characteristics and needs of the research I need this time,we design a series of more targeted questionnaires,and we have a more complete trade-off when we determine the importance of certain factors according to our needs Taking into account the essential characteristics of each factor,The final extraction of 37 can affect the cost of human resources,the basic factors,and then re-use Delphi method to get 28 key factors.Thirdly,according to the Delphi key method to determine the 28 key factors to build the evaluation index system,we use the AHP method to obtain the weight of all levels of indicators.And through these rights built with the human resources cost control system,at the same time,the use of mathematical models and other tools to establish and control model-related human resources cost system。Finally,this paper takes M Group as an example,according to the model results,the cost control model is applied to the actual company to carry out the assessment analysis,from the use of relevant theory,put forward four dimensions of the proposal.
