Performance appraisal is a very important content of enterprise talent management, it is becoming more and more important to improve the performance of enterprises and employees. Whether the performance evaluation of the effectiveness of the work, whether the smooth, fully reflects the level of a business modernization management. Through the performance appraisal, for the organization of all types of personnel to provide a chance to speak one’s mind freely, have the opportunity to reveal the work of inefficient behavior, but also can help to strengthen the staff have the correct behavior; for enterprise promotion and training of scientific and rational basis. However, in reality, many enterprises performance evaluation has become a "pass", in the process of assessment, there is no standard practice, so as not to play the role of performance assessment, and even to its opposite, affecting the development of enterprises. How to avoid all kinds of problems in the performance management, establish and adapt to the enterprise, effective performance evaluation mechanism, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and cohesion of the staff, and promote the realization of the enterprise objectives need to be widely thought, but also a subject worthy of study.In this paper, the target management method, 360 degree performance evaluation method and key performance index method, AHP method for enterprise performance evaluation system. The main contents: the research background, content, purpose and significance of the performance management, the basic theory of performance management, LJ company and human resource management status analysis, find out the problems in the process of performance management, and put forward the improvement measures, and the design of LJ company staff performance evaluation system, the paper puts forward the implementation of LJ company’s performance evaluation system and the problems that should be paid attention to.On the basis of the theory of performance evaluation, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the performance evaluation of enterprise human resources, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Based on the company strategy, the target management method, 360 degree performance evaluation method and key performance index method are used to optimize the performance management system, and to some extent, it can be used to determine the weight of the evaluation factors, and to some extent, it follows the principle of executive intention and objective reality.
