With the continual renovation, constant production of the new job and change of the occupational environment of the job content, the structural contradiction of enterprise human resources is conspicuous. How impel staff raise one's own quality rapidly, adjust knowledge structure, develop professional skill met market and business strategy, it is the important problem demanding prompt solution in the society progresses.This text proposes ability development motive force models of staff. Enterprises build for the mechanism of management of human resources on the foundation with staff's ability through setting up, meet the staffs motive force and demand, guide staff's behavior, develop staff's latent energy, build the staff and study and pursue the atmosphere of development independently. Concrete to display through training management, performance management etc., exciting the staff's existence pressure, automatic motive force and goal motive force, make the staff produce the demand of the job ability self-development.Meanwhile, the author uses ability development motive force models of staff to make a concrete analysis of staff's ability of Fengtan power plant, solving the structural contradiction of human resources for enterprises, and offering the real example to guide.
