With the catering business expansion and development of network information environment, it takes huge pressure to crisis public relations management of catering enterprises. On the one hand, there are many potential risks in the process of food purchasing, food processing, staff service, garbage disposal and so on in the catering enterprises, once poor management will lead to unfavorable factors brewing for the crisis; On the other hand, in the current network technology developed, under the condition of information channels widely, crisis after transmission network environment and accelerate expand and upgrade, if the response lag or panic, leads to catering enterprises are difficult to control losses, serious when even collapse. So the crisis management mode under the network environment, cultivation of crisis public relations response capacity for catering enterprises is very necessary. In this paper, based on the current network environment of the four stages of crisis life cycle differences and relations, the analysis of the catering enterprises crisis measures, so as to build the dining enterprise crisis management system, promote the catering enterprises out of the woods, guarantee the sustainable development.The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction, which mainly introduces the research background and the significance, reviewed domestic and foreign enterprise crisis public relations management related concept, theory and application research in the field of the status quo, to study the effect of network information channel of catering enterprises crisis mode, discusses the research contents, technical route and innovation points. The second chapter chooses three kinds of typical catering enterprises crisis management case to analysis, some countermeasures are summarized and provided for constructing the crisis management of Chinese catering enterprises. The third chapter gathers several crisis of Chinese catering enterprises which broke out in recent years, analysis of species and distribution of catering enterprise crisis, explain the causes of the crisis, and summarizes the process of crisis management. The fourth chapter introduces the features of the current Chinese enterprise crisis, and explains the defects of our country’s catering enterprise crisis public relations management. The fifth chapter constructs the crisis management system of our country’s catering enterprises. Under the network media communication channels, four stages according to the crisis life cycle, the induction period, the outbreak period, diffusion period and recovery characteristics selection response management methods, design enterprise crisis management mode. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text research.The results of article research can help catering enterprises to grasp the present situation of the food industry crisis management, to monitor the food production activities, to improve the level of food crisis management, and to reduce or avoid economic losses and brand reputation damage caused by crisis. The results are also has certain guiding significance to the theory and application for catering enterprises to formulate crisis pre-control measures to.
