People regard food as their prime want. As the world's largest consumer of food and gourmet country, food industry in China continues to develop, and it has become an important economic growth point. In recent years, consumer concern degree of food safety is increasing, and the requirement of food quality is also increasing. But major food safety accidents occur frequently in China. It leads to public confidence in the food industry dramatically reduces, and it also affects the survival and development of the food enterprises.LT Food Company studied in this paper is a bread production food company, and it is also a private listed company. After years of development, the company has possessed some crisis management capabilities, and it has established a crisis management system according to its actual situation. But the sharp rise in the number of Internet users and the rise of the We Media have brought great changes in the structure of enterprise economic environment, and they also had a disruptive effect on the mode of transmission of the crisis. The company's traditional crisis management system has not fully adapted to the level of company's development. In order to avoid crises and reduce the impact on enterprises, the establishment of complete network environment for crisis management system has become an urgent task.This paper analyzes the existing crisis management system of LT Food Company, based on enterprise life cycle theory and other related crisis management theories. Enterprise life cycle model is established in network environment. The whole process of crisis is divided into four stages, and each stage has been described. The new characters of enterprise crisis are analyzed according to the model. The new characters includes complicated causes, unclear boundaries between communicators and recipients, more powerful public power, faster dissemination of information and more difficult to eliminate the effects. According to the analysis results, crisis management system is reshaped for the LT Food Company. We hope to improve its brand image and enhance the competitive strength.
