Research On The Mode Of Dairy Enterprise Crisis Management In Network Environment

In recent years, the rapid development of China dairy industry has gradually become the fastest growing and the biggest increase food industry. But the management ability, especially the crisis management ability, of them can not catch up with the rapid development. Because of their poor crisis management ability, many dairy enterprises have got into trouble and have suffered huge losses. With the further development of information era, multidirectional interaction-dissemination-pattern of network becomes a booster to crisis; makes crises more quickly and wider, brings greater losses to businesses, and crises are more difficult to control. So, faced with the complexity of enterprise internal and external environment, the level of dairy enterprise crisis management abilities determines the fate of dairy enterprises. Establishing and improving the crisis management model of China dairy enterprises has become a top priority.According these situations, this thesis attempt to establish enterprise crisis management mode for dairy companies based on network environment and life cycle of crisis, to help enterprises predict, identify, response and manage crises. Introduce the connotation of enterprise crisis and enterprise crisis management (ECM), analysis of the enterprise crisis life-cycle theory, and discuss the influence of network environment on the enterprise crisis and ECM.Part three:Take "the typical dairy enterprise crises in recent10years in China" as simple and analysis from many dimensions, such as crises’lifecycles distribution, types, sources and results.Part four:Analysis of the influence of dairy enterprise crises on industry and the benefits of stakeholders.Part five:Present crisis management mode of enterprise based on the life cycle of crisis and network environment, including the crisis management strategies on the endogenous, enterprise crisis precautionary system, enterprise crisis management system and enterprise crisis rehabilitation system.Part six:Research Conclusions. Summarize the main content of this thesis and point out some deficiency of this research.
