Along with our country market economy gradually mature along living with thedevelopment of the economic level and the improvement of people’s standard the customerdemand is more and more diversified, catering enterprises are more and more, the cateringindustry competition also will be more and more fierce. The catering industry is always have theopportunities of the industry, enterprises should have long-term development, must have theirown core competitiveness, build the competitors are not easy to imitate in a short period of timecharacteristic, form their own business philosophy and operating mode. In the changeable marketenvironment, how to survive in this environment and become bigger and stronger, is the need toseriously ponder each catering enterprises problem. This paper takes Cangzhou citypinweijiangnan Catering Management Limited business as an example, the integrated use ofvarious analysis tools, on the external, internal environment such as social environment, industryenvironment, the main competitors, internal resources and environment and other aspects ofanalysis, to determine their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the use ofstrategic management theory, business according to the characteristics of pinweijiangnanRestaurant Management Co., of itself, make the company’s development goals and specificstrategic measures. For the implementation of the development strategy, the paper from theorganizational structure of the establishment of standards, basic standards strategyimplementation, establishing the standard operation process, optimizing the operation mode, theimplementation of brand strategy, and the implementation of performance management, putforward the implementation of security.The development strategy ofpinweijiangnan food Co. Ltd.is presented in this paper, with practical significance, for the development of the company at thesame time, the results of this research for the industry with the similar development level ofcatering enterprises choose development strategy is of great significance.
