China’s traditional third-party logistics service industry in the extensive operation state for long time. the industry has entered a low threshold, simple operation mode; scattered operation process, standardization, the informationization degree is not high; duplicate or invalid transport more common, resources waste phenomenon is serious. High cost and low level of service industry. Optimize the service mode, reduce the logistics cost, cut into the city distribution logistics service market, and become the most important goal of the traditional third party logistics enterprises eager to change and develop.T logistics company, is one of such traditional third-party logistics enterprise, this article from the induction summary, research on the relevant theory of logistics service marketing of city distribution logistics development characteristics and the market environment analysis, combined with T company’s actual marketing conditions were studied. Find out the problems and difficulties in the marketing of T company to enter the city distribution logistics market, and analyze the reasons of its existence. Starting from the development trend of domestic social economy and the characteristics of city distribution logistics service, this paper explores the new service model of city distribution logistics, and finds out the service marketing strategy for the city distribution logistics service industry. This paper expounds the promotion foundation, influencing factors and implementation strategy of the service marketing ability of city distribution logistics.
