City logistics spatial distribution is one of the city logistics planning core contents which science of its programming and rationality relate to the success or failure of the whole city logistics planning. But the further research on every factory of city logistics still lack. Therefore, with the whole programming of city with layout, this paper makes use of modern logistics, area theory, the strategy learns, the basic theories of logistics foundation facilities programming and city planning and synthesize considerate city transportation, ecosystem, logistics need, industry layout, economic society development etc looking for the method of structuring and perfecting perfect city logistics spatial distribution system.First, based on the elaborate and analyze of the basic theories of the city logistics spatial distribution, the conception and theories related to city logistics demand analysis are defined. The content, train of thought and forecast index is investigated in depth. According to the thought of location economy theory and regional reciprocity theory, the prediction model of each logistics node effective demand is structured. On this foundation, according the city total programming, the city industry distribution and the development of the economy, the reasonable spatial distribution of city logistics nodes method is researched which define the position, quantity and scale of each node. On the basis of function orientation, according the traditional logistics node location models and methods, a synthetic method of the logistics node is put forward which is more reliability and operability. The method of group decision-making through analyzing mostly factors is adopted for determining the scale of the logistics park.Last, the model is tested and verified by obtaining the practical logistics spatial distribution planning of Changzhou.
