DS group is a nationally renowned retail business group.To "unlimited development,meticulous" for the business philosophy,workers in the DS group in Fuxin area as the research object,through the collection of company related data,access to domestic and foreign enterprises training theory,field interviews,questionnaires and other methods for training employees to investigate analysis found the enterprise the training effect is not ideal,many problems have emerged,such as the form is too monotonous,and management didn't accept enough training,employee demand survey and later evaluation.In view of the actual situation of the company,from management,training,training,human resources department several aspects carries on the reason analysis,proposes a multi-channel expansion method,full attention degree,perfect training system and concept,and fundamentally for students to establish learning atmosphere solutions.A perfect and scientific training system can improve the enterprise staff work benefit,and it has great significance for the development of enterprise's strength.
