With the development of knowledge economy, human resources have become the core of enterprise competitiveness, while training as an effective way of promoting human capital, has been paid more attention. The third industry plays a very important role for the rapid development of our economy, our hotel industry as the main force of the third industry is facing practitioners of low cultural quality, high turnover problems, therefore, through the strengthening of enterprise staff training, and promote the overall strength has very important significance for the hotel enterprises.
