With the development of the socialist market economy in our country, the expansion of the degree of opening to the outside world, the domestic and foreign advanced enterprise management system and experience of the development of enterprises of our country is increasingly significant, the influence of the company sales department as a cliche topic focus and attention by more and more enterprises. Scientific and effective compensation management system can produce the best working state employees, stimulate the biggest potential, and create more economic benefits for the enterprise, but if the salary management system design is unreasonable, is bound to cause a great loss to the enterprise, the adverse impact on the sustainable development of enterprises. The research object of this article HRJT company sales staff pay system includes: four most salaries, bonuses, allowances and benefits, the ratio of fixed salary is too high, such as poor performance salary incentive effect and welfare design of a single problem, if this kind of phenomenon is not improved, to the company’s operation and sustainable development has brought a huge loss. So, how to develop the scientific and reasonable compensation system, optimize the enterprise’s salary management process, arouse the enthusiasm of enterprise sales personnel, encouraging them to constantly create enterprise excellent performance, is one of the important problems in the development must focus on HRJT company.Taking HRJT company compensation management present situation of investigation and study, the compensation management theory combined with the reality of each company, using the theory of knowledge and analytic method carries on the analysis about the present situation of the company, put forward suitable salary system for the development of the company. Through the questionnaire survey practical understanding of the present situation of the company’s compensation system, using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to get the company sales department sales staff pay system, Then draw lessons from advanced experience and methods at home and abroad, aiming at the existing compensation system of HRJT company problem, in a fixed salary, performance improvements on the construction of wages and benefits. Finally the implementation of the sales staff pay system improved security. In this paper, using the methods of questionnaire investigation, analytic hierarchy process(ahp), dialysis HRJT company sales staff pay system, put forward fits company’s actual situation and operable pay package. Hope the research results of this paper can provide the material for sales industry compensation management.
