As the enterprises management develops into a people-oriented new stage, more andmore experts, scholars, executives begin to realize the importance of salary management toenterprises development. To some extent, whether the salary system is reasonable or not candirectly affect the pay satisfaction of the employees, which will eventually affect theirenthusiasm, work efficiency, even the sense of belonging and the sense of mission.Therefore, it is particularly important to probe and study the subject of compensationmanagement in enterprise management.In this thesis, salary system of technical personnel of S enterprise will be taken as theresearch object. Based on relevant theories on compensation management, adopting theresearch methods of literature analysis as well as questionnaire investigation, with acombination of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, empirical analysis and normativeanalysis, we will analyze and evaluate the existing salary system for technical staff of Senterprise and carry out optimum designs accordingly.This thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, which formulatesthe background and purpose of the research, the relevant researches at home and abroad aswell as the research methods and technical route; the second part is a summarization of thetheories, including a comprehensive elaboration of the concept, nature, form, function andinfluence factors of compensation, based on which an illustration of theories ofcompensation management and compensation system, which as well provides a theoreticalbasis for the follow-up study; the third part introduces the current situation of the salarysystem of technical personnel in enterprise S, and in combination with the data feedbackof the pay satisfaction survey, points out the problems thereof; the fourth and the fifth partsare essential in this thesis, which under the guidance of salary management theory, takinginto consideration the actual situation of technical staff of S enterprise, analyze and evaluatethe existing salary system for technical staff of S enterprise by analysis and evaluation ofspecific posts and carry out optimum designs accordingly; finally, the sixth part presents theevaluation and summarization of the optimized salary system on the basis of the previouswork. It is proved as a conclusion that optimized salary system for the technical staff of the S enterprise not only improves the degree of pay satisfaction of the technical staff, but alsoprovides incentives for their better work efficiency and attitude, thus it lays a stable talentresource foundation for the long-term development of enterprise S.
