| For enterprises,compensation is the most valuable human resource.It is related to the economic,social benefits of the enterprises and the vital interests of the employees.Therefore,a set of scientific and reasonable compensation management system is the precondition for stable labor relations of the enterprises,which plays an important role in improving the motivation of their employees.As an important department of the enterprises,sales are the symbol of the company image,which will directly affect whether the enterprise can successfully obtain orders and realize the strategic planning of the enterprise.So in order to attract and retain excellent sales talents,the compensation management of sales has become an urgent problem to be solved by Company Y.Under the guidance of the theory of strategic compensation,comprehensive compensation theory,equity theory and expectancy theory,we used interview method and questionnaire survey to analyze the present situation of sales salary management.We found the that there are some problems in Company Y,such as the mismatch between the compensation system and the corporate strategy,the unscientific salary structure,the unfair salary policy,and the simple form of salary incentive.We discussed the reasons of these problems such as the lack of attention to the sales compensation management,the lack of professional design of compensation system,old-fashioned ideas affecting the progress of compensation system,and the insufficient consideration of the common growth of employees and the company.Then we used the modern enterprise compensation management theory from the perspective of sales staff,and put forward specific improvement countermeasures to the compensation management.Finally,recommendations are provided on the internal implementation ideas and guarantees of Company Y,which results in a research study with theoretical significance and practical guidance.We hope that after optimizing the salary management of sales staff,it can fully satisfy the needs of sales staff,and stimulate their intrinsic motivation so as to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise and achieve the common growth of the enterprise and the staff. |
