In view of the strong dependence between workers’ individual ability and comprehensive quality inmodern time, the human resource has become the most valuable social resources and strategic enterprisedynamic resources in the enterprises. Whatever the large enterprise or major business, the small andmedium-sized private construction enterprises, all of them need to hold the talents as well as achieve theincrement of the enterprises. So, the enterprises must create the new human resource management model,then change the unsuitable enterprise development concepts of human resource management completely.The enterprises need manage there talents’ sources in a strategic high way. Also, the enterprise must adopttheir human mode of management to manage the staff, in order to give more realistic and potential demandto the workers. Thereby, remove the staff’s working enthusiasm, initiative and creativity sufficiently.This paper will introduce the research’s background, research’s status, research’s purpose and thesignificance of topic firstly; explicit the main research direction, and through the research of this thesis inorder to obtain the result what we want to have. Secondly, I will introduce the content of modern humanresource management and its important theory; give a short brief introduction about what is modern humanresources, as well as the incentive theory, personnel training theory, compensation theory and the theory ofenterprise culture. Next part is the key of this paper. This paper is based on the small and medium-sizedprivate construction enterprises to write. I will through the last chapter to describe the theoretical analysisthe status of human resources in China’s small and medium-sized private construction enterprises and findthe problems in their human resource management mode. Thus we will move forward a single step toanalyze the situation on China’s small and medium-sized private construction enterprises. During the waywe analysis the paper, I will compare the large construction enterprises to the state-owned constructionenterprise, as well as to find out the problems and main reasons about human resource management in csmall and medium-sized private construction enterprises. I will try my best to use what I have learned thetheoretical knowledge and practical work experiences to solve the questions about human recoursemanagement in small and medium-sized private construction enterprises. At the same time, I will enter theproblems within the basic reasons so as to complete my paper successfully.
