With the economic downturn situation, many real estate companies have been suffered a bottleneck. T company as a well-known real estate company, founded 23 years ago, is also facing development difficulties, including brain drain, technical and management staff shortage, low performance project team, which ever created excellent brand projects and real estate projects. This paper, aiming at T company’s specific circumstances, finds the crux and inadequate of the current staffing. From all-around and multilevel, seeking to improve management efficiency measures, explore on how to efficiently carry out staffing and build high performance project team strategies and approaches, trying to provide possible guidance and reference to the similar project management practice. The main work of this thesis are:Firstly, clarifies the company’s basic situation. Performance problems in the project management are led to. The status of project management personnel are investigated, including all the basic survey and research work. In depth company and the Group of 14, interviews with 28 people and organizes seminars six times, ensuring that all data are the first-line research results from the project. The paper summarizes the results and does the relevant analysis.Then, carries out a detailed analysis on how to improve company’s project staffing. It focuses on the project staffing model, the efficiency in the building project model. Constructing basis, configuration standards, model adjustments are summarized. A comparison is conducted between staffing of projects under construction and former model. Furthermore the number of overweight and improved is analyzed. On this basis, the appropriate strategy for the future is also explored.Finally, explores countermeasures for personnel management problems. From project leader’s requests to start, and then it conducts a detailed study and description of the employment mechanism, team cohesion, employee training to staff health and other aspects.By studying the content of the above, provides effective reference for the business leaders and project decision-making. Provide effective ideas to project for the rational allocation of personnel, helping the implementation and completion of the company’s projects after then. Meanwhile, plays a reference role on the future company’s project staff management.
