During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", CDIA proposed customer demand-oriented to become one of China’s best airport operators and one of the world’s top ten airports as its strategic objectives. The change about strategy of CDIA proposed for airport personnel new requirements, the professional skills, professional knowledge, management skills are of airport staff required continued to improve, and then a well-established within the enterprise culture, knowledge and skills inheritance mechanism of formation.July 2012, CDIA T2 Airlines floor stand trial run has prompted the introduction of a large number of new airport employees, labor-intensive to make the airport more prominent features. To achieve sustainable competitive advantage, airport staff literacy and skills from the start, to the airport to integrate human resources, conducted a series of training system construction, but also the airport training team building. Early 2014, CDIA implemented a training team building project, the company attaches great importance to corporate leadership training, team building training in the strategic development of the company’s combined sought through the project, to build a strong internal trainers training skills team.From the current situation, the current CDIA has formed its own training system, but the training system is imperfect, and training content, form and management need to further improve the situation. Therefore, in the process of strategic change, the training work is facing a certain degree of challenge.This paper focus on building the training team of the airport. Through research, the author describes the status of the airport training team, and the cause of the status quo analysis of the training team from the perspective of managers and internal trainers. On this basis, the author describes the training mechanism, the management interaction mechanism between departments management and career development training team of CDIA to elaborated the training team building. Among them, the author builds a Internal trainers selection system, a internal trainers level identification and adjustment system, a performance appraisal system, a Internal trainers courses development management system, internal trainers incentive system and internal trainers training system based on analysis the management mechanism of the training team building. The author put forward human resources sector should play a leading role in assisting other departments with various interaction mechanisms HR management training management in the course of the work carried out specific training by exploring the effective matrix management approach between the human Resources department and the department which the Internal trainers in. Finally, the author will work outcomes curing House team to adjust positions in the Internal trainers and made it play a role in the process of hierarchy upgrading.
