In addition to Japan and Southeast Asia, very few countries have scattered distribution, only China is planted according to authoritative statistics, China Camellia oleifera production accounted for 95% of the world’s more. Tea planting history in China has more than 2000 years, China’s Yangtze River Valley and South 14 provinces (area, city) have Camellia oleifera distribution. According to statistics, Chinese Camellia oleifera production accounted for 95% of the world’s more. Camellia oleifera and its series products have a wide range of applications, the ecological benefits and economic benefits of good, but because of various reasons, tea industry has been in a slow development. As the oil supply is tight and the living standards of the people of our country edible raise, health awareness is also increasing, oil tea camellia seed oil and its products with its rich nutrition ingredients and obvious health care function, began to enter the consumer perspective, again by the competent authorities and consumers’ dear mi. At present, China’s tea industry is just at the initial stage, is a sunrise industry, how to promote the tea industry health sustainable development is an urgent and important problem.Liuyang city is one of the most suitable ecological zone of Camellia oleifera in Hunan province and even the national production, the city’s existing tea area more than 78 acres, the normal annual oil production of more than 260000 tons of tea seed, tea seed oil 6500 tons, annual output value of 390000000 yuan, ranking first in the Province ranked first, is China’s largest production base of tea, known as.tea oil. The city of Liuyang tea industry has a certain representation, this paper takes Liuyang city of Hunan province tea industry as an example, we first review the industrialization theory as a support of this theory, describes the development of Camellia oleifera Industry in Liuyang city planting status, operating status, comprehensive industrial park is like, from the status quo to found the existence of such industrial orientation, technology promotion, standard system, lack of funds and other aspects of the tea industry in Liuyang City, and analyzes the causes of the problem; then use SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Camellia oleifera Industry in Liuyang City, Liuyang City, think and challenges of Camellia oleifera industry opportunities; and then analyzes the development of Camellia oleifera industry can bring economic, social, ecological and other aspects of the benefits to the city of Liuyang; the last from perfecting government functions, increase scientific and technological innovation, support the leading enterprises, the transformation of traditional Camellia oleifera, improve five aspects of farmers organization degree and put forward policy suggestions.
