Research On The Construction And Operation Of Huxiang Sports And Leisure Characteristic Town In Liuyang City

The outbreak of the novel coronavirus at the end of 2019 has disturbed the calm order of Chinese people's life.At present,the whole country is still undergoing the normalization of the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus,and Chinese people have a new demand for sports and health,and the importance of health issues in Chinese daily life has reached a new height.At the same time,with the formulation and release of the "Healthy China 2030" program outline by the CPC Central Committee,the construction and development of sports towns has become an important measure to improve the national health level and promote the construction of healthy China.Under the active promotion of national and provincial governments,a series of policy documents on sports towns have been issued continuously in recent years.It has promoted the rapid development and construction of sports towns throughout the country.Hunan the first town in recreational sports as the first pilot unit of national sports town,liuyang advantageous natural conditions,and rely on local cultural resources,actively promote the development of the sports town of multiple formats,to sports tourism is given priority to,to a certain extent,effectively promoted the development of the sports industry liuyang,pushed the liuyang sports tourism to a new level,Become a new name card of Liuyang City,and actively drive the economic development of the town.This article is based on the literature material law,field visit again through the town,interviews with tourists,residents and staff,the first town in leisure sports in hunan construction environment,construction of internal mechanism are analyzed,from the town of sports,leisure and medical health to raise three kinds of analysis research of the current construction situation,operation,It is found that the town is still developing steadily,but there are still many problems in the process of project construction and operation :(1)the sports industry is not prominent enough;(2)The way of operation management is not perfect;(3)Lack of professional talents;(4)The degree of multi-format integration is not deep enough.Given the challenges present in the construction and operation of Huxiang First Leisure Sports Town,by drawing on the successful experience of town operation at home and abroad,the following strategies are proposed for the future development of Huxiang First Leisure Sports Town:(1)highlight the sports-led industrial chain and form a development model featuring "sports +";(2)optimize the operation mode and achieve economic goals;(3)cultivate and introduce professional talents to enhance the specialization of the town;(4)highlight key formats and promote the integration of multiple formats.
