Research On The Development Status And Promotion Strategy Of Green Seedling Industry Along The Liuyang River

With the rapid and healthy development of social economy and the accelerating urbanization construction, our country put forward the slogan of "Green development, Cycle development, Low carbon development" and "Beautiful China", urban landscaping set off a new climax, urban ecological construction and landscaping need to follow the higher standards and requirements, and the important component is landscape nursery. In 2003,Changsha municipal government announced 《The Flowers And Trees Industry Area Development Plan Of Hunan Liuyang River》, this plan is the first new blueprint for the development of landscape nursery industry in Hunan province. Its proposed and implemented provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the development of landscape nursery industry of Liuyang river coast, but also ushered in the new challenges. Based on the investigation and analysis of nine towns and typical enterprise which located within the planning area of flowers and trees industry in Liuyang river, below the new circumstances, the author hope that he can put forward the long-term strategy which can promote the development of the landscape nursery stock industry within the region through survey and analyzing problems.This article is based on a large number of literature research, data collection, questionnaire survey, the present situation investigation and analysis, and the typical cases analysis, the research results are as follows:1, Research on the current situation and trend of landscape nursery stock at home and abroad. Due to the foreign mature experience in developing landscape nursery, this article mainly profited from and summarizes the production technology and management, market circulation and management pattern, scientific research technology and government policy and so on, and sums up the existing main deficiency in the domestic is that the sharpening contradictions between the production and marketing;The complex production environment and the low market concentration;The outstanding problems about specialization and diversification of the landscape nursery stock production;The lack of unified price and quality standards;The unsound network information system and the single sales channel;The disconnect between the scientific research and production application and so on. In addition.aimed at the research of current landscape nursery stock industry from many experts and scholars in the present domestic, the author summarize in two aspects of national and regional representative.2, Taking Xiaoshan district of Zhejiang as the excellent case of national landscape nursery stock industry for research and analysis. Through visiting field and consulting materials,the author investigated the current status of the development of Xiaoshan district, and summarized its landscape nursery development characteristics from cosmically manufacture, modernized management,diversified planting and standardization requirements summarized its afforest nursery stock industry development characteristics and so on, and learned experience in four aspects according to its development trend.3, The foundation survey research of the Liuyang river coast landscape nursery stock industry.Based on the field visits, the author analyzed the region basic development survey from the natural conditions, geographical location, varieties of scale advantages and regional distribution and so on after reading of references and interview about the relevant government in the Liuyang basin, collected the landscape nursery stock development history of this region,and summarized the development history of nursery in Liuyang river basin by asking the older nursery farmer.4,Sampling and field investigation with the typical representative in the region. In two ways, the author visited fields in the national landscape nursery stock production demonstration base-the Bojia town and the large and medium-sized nursery planting enterprise representative-Changsha jumping horse landscape greening Ltd, analyzed its basic conditions from the natural conditions, social economic conditions and government policies and so on, summarized its existing problems, and understood the general situation of production and problems in the region. In addition, the author provide the reality basis for analyzing the status regional problems by carrying out questionnaire survey and statistical analysis with 100 nursery planting households who were random selected in the region.5, Based on the survey content, analyzing and researching the current problems about the greenery nursery stock industry of the Liuyang river coast.Conducting a comprehensive analysis about the present situation of the region with six aspects like the green seedling production, sales, services, government policy, research status, network information, service and so on.6, In view of the landscape nursery stock industry conditions and the advanced experience at home and abroad, aimed at the problem analysis, the author put forward the corresponding strategy against the ascension of six aspects problems in the region provided the corresponding theoretical basis and reality basis for the area of the industrial development.This thesis aims at improving the situation that the government sector and the person who plant landscape nursery stock need pay more attention to the landscape nursery industry problems of Liuyang river,providing certain theoretical support and basis for the development of the landscape nursery stock industry of this region in the future, promoting the transformation and upgrading of Liuyang river flowers and trees industry area.
