Research On Liuyang City Constructing The Central City Among Border Region Between Hunan-Jiangxi Provinces

In the background of China’s economic development has entered to the new normal, in order to promote the coordinated development of regions,Our country has made a series strategy of resource integration and promoting regional cooperation, put forward the "One Belt And One Road", "Urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river"and a series development goals.Through cultivating the central city of border region between Hunan-Jiangxi Provinces to strengthen cooperation of the border region between Hunan-Jiangxi provinces it is an important part of urban agglomeration construction in the middle reaches of Yangtze River, and it’s also the objective requirement of border region between Hunan -Jiangxi Provinces’ development.On the basis of analyzing the national regional development policy and the relevant research results at home and abroad,After analyzing the actual situation of the Hunan-Jiangxi border area,This text first defined the research area,then compare the 10 counties’ comprehensive strength in this area.Using the Central Function index and Central Intensity index measure the centrad degree of those cities,It is concluded that the Liuyang city has the highest centrad in the research area, which provide an adequate basis for choosing Liuyang city as the center city of border area between Hunan-Jiangxi provinces,Secondly,Based on the SWOT analysis of Liuyang city, sort out the the advantages and disadvantages of construction Liuyang city as the central city Hunan city center of the border area between Hunan-Jiangxi provinces.Finally, combined with the fracture point model and the spatial interaction model, divide the radiation range of Liuyang city into different levels,delimit first circle which taking Liuyang city as the center city and also include Pingjiang county、Liling county、Shangli county、Tonggu county and Wanzai county together,The second circle conculde the rest city of the border area between Hunan-Jiangxi provinces.We try to put forward with radiation force promoting strategy and cohesion enhancing strategy work on thoes two circles to build Liuyang city as the central city of border area between Hunan-Jiangxi provinces and reaching the purpose of promoting all-round development of this area. In countermeasure of this paper,For the first and two layers of this area,the radiation force expansion strategy and the strategy of cohesion promotion of Liuyang city is proposed,what’s more,we puts forward the tentative ideas about construction of security measures and the platform in legal, organizational, financial, marketing and other aspects.
