In recent years, farmers’ professional cooperatives in the booming also appeared in the a series of problems, return to the fundamental lies in farmer professional cooperatives have insufficient absorptive capacity,weak level of innovation, it is difficult to agricultural synthetic social development provide strong technical support. Therefore, agricultural cooperatives should continue to enhance the technology absorption capacity, upgrading the level of technological innovation, so as to improve the innovation performance, which is not only related to the agricultural society’s benign development, but also related to the interests of farmers, rural development and agricultural prosperity important economic and management issues.Under the guidance of the theory of absorptive capacity, this paper analysis the influence of the technological absorptive capacity of the farmers’ professional cooperatives on the innovation performance. Is mainly from the technical absorption ability of various dimensions to proceed, discussed the technology absorptive capability of technology innovation and the innovation performance effect, and puts forward the farmer professionalcooperatives absorption ability on innovation performance model, to affect the farmer specialized cooperatives a new performance index system decomposition in detail and to calculate the weight, and then on the basis of the index system design questionnaire about the impact factors of farmers’ professional cooperative innovation performance, to the cultivation of farmers specialized cooperatives for survey to collect data and correlation analysis and regression analysis.
