With the rapid development of Information and Network Technology, a powerful solution is offered for marketing by the open, immediate and interactive of Internet. How a company takes advantage of Internet affects the company management and development. At the present stage, with the vigorous development of international and domestic biotechnology, the market competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer. Network Marketing is a new marketing methods adapting to the information era. It will be the main pattern of bio-instruments marketing.At present, the traditional marketing of H company meets problem. This thesis discloses how a company carried out network marketing strategy in real marketing environment based on network marketing theory.the main work is as follows:1. this paper expounds the concept and characteristics of network marketing, and analyzes the similarities and differences between traditional marketing and network marketing, and lays a theoretical foundation for the research work.2. H Co., Ltd. encountered marketing research, analysis of the deficiencies.3. combined with the analysis of China’s current network marketing environment and the characteristics of biological equipment, H company introduced a new way of marketing ideas.4. Through h Co., Ltd. in website construction, precision marketing, network marketing, the mobile terminal marketing, network marketing personnel and service marketing the strategy implemented to reverse the negative growth trend in the company. Through the statistical analysis, the annual per capita annual labor productivity growth rate of 2013-2015 is about 0.18%. After calculation and analysis of scientific explanation, turnover growth is the comprehensive role in downsizing and Internet plus under the. According to statistics, from 2012 to 2015 sales growth rate is about 10.26%.
