"Network marketing”,means “Internet Mark"etin"g or Internet Promotion”,basemean is market promotion or products promotion by network. The importance of"network promotion is E-commerce" and "E-business", including computer, networking,information exchange, information technology.it is one of the low cost,high eiffciency,major method of business module in21th century. The enterpirses which know howtake advantage of network promotion have made great progress, the network hasbecame necessary tools.In this thesis, we reviewed the theory of network market, including conception,development history, current situation, promoting modules, specification. Base on thistheory, we analyze the benefit and shortcoming of network marketing. Also, we analyzethe semiconductor ifeld and current promotion module of Secomtel, design a networkpromotion module and network customer service. This module maybe is not suitable forall agent company, but it still can help to them. Final conclusion network marketing alsoexist many problems, but to make it in the current iferce competition in the marketenvironment victory,you must make the internet weapon. The innovation of this thesisis the author better to bridge the gap between theory and practice, rather than purelytheoretical research.Also,we hope to ifnd a reasonable method to take advantage of network,to birngsecond development chance to Secomte. meantime, hope to all of reader can know moreabout internet, network marketing, network promotion. It can help network applicationgrowing and development.
