In the situation of world economic integration, China's small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are also affected by U.S. financial crisis. Many small and medium enterprises in China face a complex situation:serious constraint in capital, talent, channels, etc. In the age after the economic crisis, the SME in development process have to think about how to use network marketing except traditional marketing, for competing with big enterprises and even multinational companies. Therefore, the choice of network marketing for small and medium enterprises also led to a series of questions worthy of discussion and study:What are the advantages of network marketing model compared to traditional marketing model, why SMEs choose network marketing model to seek long-term development, what network marketing strategies should be adopted by the SMEs.In this paper, According to the "China Internet Development Statistics Report" released recent years by China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) and related information published by I Research, basic situation of both individual and business users of internet in our country and the development of their network behavior, also the development and change of mobile phone network users are analyzed. Further, we study and Analysis the status of network marketing of small and medium enterprises in Nanchang. And we summarized the factors which constraint the online marketing development of SMEs in Nanchang are:Lack of talent, not perfect organizational structure, weak concept of network marketing, simple methods of website promotion, not sound of network infrastructure, etc.How to solve these problems faced by Nanchang SMEs in developing network marketing? How to implement the network marketing, with what kind of method, and how to break through the bottleneck of Internet marketing, are faced and need to be solved by Nanchang SMEs for shaping the market advantages of small and medium sized enterprises to cope with global competition. In this paper, based on the research of current situation of the network marketing of Nanchang SMEs, after visiting companies, researching literature, using summarize method, we got the network marketing methods and strategies for Nanchang SMEs:change concept of network marketing, brand strategy, customer relations strategies, network advertising strategy and launch mature platform in the marketing strategy. We hope this research of the network marketing development of SMEs in Nanchang can provide useful help for Nanchang SMEs in promoting the development of information, and can help Nanchang City's economic development.
