Research On The Application Of Enterprise Risk Management In Smart Tourism Project

With the progress of urbanization in our country and the improvement of the people’s living standards, vacation and tourism is becoming commonplace, gradually becoming a kind of life style. But the tourism complaints have been high level, such as infrastructure of transportation and communications, and the scenic spot management, pedestrian jams, delayed release of information, emergency plans, etc. so as a solution, the Smart Tourism came into being. In 2012, National Tourism Administration announced a list of 22 pilot smart tourist attractions, marking the smart tourism projects into the planning and implementation phases. There are projects, there are risks, especially just at the initial stage of the smart tourism industry, taking into account the low success of IT project the part of the smart tourism, and then the smart tourism project risk management research is necessary.The main research object of this paper is the Project total risk management of smart tourism. Firstly, describes the basic theory of enterprise-wide risk management; Secondly, introduces the concept of the smart tourism, the difference between smart tourism and traditional tourism, as well as the significance of the development of smart tourism, and according to the risk of the initial information sources identified the main risks of the project and its type, which mainly includes system construction risk, technology risk, the risk of management and the risk of human resource; Thirdly, trying to introduce the enterprise-wide risk management into the smart tourism project risk management, we set up the theoretical system, module and framework of project total risk management of smart tourism, it mainly includes the core system and support system, so as to strengthen the risk management of the smart tourism projects; Finally, doing empirical research with a smart scenic spot project, risk identification based on a project total risk management system, doing risk assessment using AHP, and then developed the appropriate risk response strategies.The empirical results shows that the enterprise-wide risk management theory applied to the smart tourism project is feasible, and it is beneficial to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of smart tourism project risk management, so as to ensure the realization of the objectives of the project. I hope this can provide some help for the risk management activities of smart tourism projects.
