New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd (hereinafter, the "New China Life") is a joint-stock life insurance company, established in1996pursuant to the Insurance Law. New China Life has grasped the chance of booming development of Chinese insurance market from the beginning of its establishment, obtains proud achievement during its ten-plus year’s history and becomes a model of the insurance market. Meanwhile, upon the change of share capital structure, insider control became its obstacle which led to the failure of corporate governance and finally led to the forfeit of shareholder’s status for the wrongful acted shareholders, required by China Insurance Regulatory Commission (hereinafter, the "CIRC")Therefore, Human Resource in practice level to lose the very good landing and execution, at least in the insurance industry and the writer’s company and did not cause the full attention and effective application. Our manager is not without doing communication. Instead, a lot of management has proved that management personnel of the day takes the most time activity is communication. However, we noticed that, a large number of communication work is all of the company’s business for the center, through the performance evaluation, evaluation plan the yield rate means of communication, and ignored the core issues-man’s demand. This kind of circumstance, the company’s employees only become communication tool, cannot to the company’s strategic goals, vision, planning and produce identity, he company’s cohesive force and the company’s fighting capacity can increase. As a result, communication efficiency and effect is not very good, Human Resource didn’t play its proper most important lubricant role.Think about how to take action let the general cadre staff realized that the important significance o Human Resource f, how to match the business strategy, the enterprise culture, effective execution, organizational design. How to play with people in Human Resource needs as the core, realize employee value and enterprise value comon growth process the vital role, And the paper proposes how to HumanResource theory system and communication strategies for receiving of corporation management each link. Exploration will Human Resource as institutionalized design managers of performance appraisal and incorporate them into effective ways.
