In the era of knowledge economy,people are the main driving force for the development of enterprises and the fundamental guarantee for the long-term development of enterprises.Only by enhancing the employee's post ability,enhancing the employee's sense of belonging to the organization and identifying with the company culture can the development of the enterprise be guaranteed.Nowadays,more and more enterprises pay more and more attention to employee satisfaction management,in order that employees have higher loyalty to the enterprise,and create knowledge and utilize knowledge for the development of the enterprise,so that the enterprise can obtain more competitive advantages.Employee satisfaction survey is the most effective way to listen to employee's voice and solve the problem of contradiction between enterprise and employee.Company Y has not paid enough attention to employee satisfaction management,which leads to high negative emotion and high turnover rate.Directly affected the company's follow-up development.This paper has carried on the questionnaire survey to the Y company employee satisfaction,has carried on the satisfaction analysis from the work itself,the work reward,the work background,the work group,the enterprise management,the enterprise management and so on,then,on the basis of the quantity analysis,To find out the current status of employee satisfaction,the specific performance is:1)According to the position,type of work,working environment,position setting and other aspects,the employee satisfaction will show different degree of satisfaction.Age,education and position are also important factors affecting satisfaction.In most of the indicators,the satisfaction degree of the employees aged 35 and above is higher than that of the employees aged 35 or below.Engineers expect the company's development prospects to be modest.2)after the questionnaire survey,some real thoughts about the employees were obtained through interviews to make up for the deficiency of the questionnaire.Survey data and interview analysis show that low employee satisfaction mainly focuses on salary,bonus,product quality and so on.Finally,from the aspects of perfecting the salary and welfare system and performance appraisal system,perfecting the internal system construction of the company,strengthening the cooperation among the employees,formulating the systematic staff career planning and development system,and joining the employee support plan,etc.To Y company employee satisfaction management and the system construction proposed the improvement proposal.
