Mobile Internet, big data, media, mico innovation and new way of thinking and technology in economic growth to continue downward under the environment of the Chinese enterprises, and puts forward the more severe challenges in the era of knowledge economy. Enterprise is facing a drastic change in the external environment, how to survive and develop in the fierce competition in the market, conform to the imperative of era and environment change and transformation.C company is located in the central region of pharmaceutical enterprise group, and in recent years has maintained a rapid and healthy development, in 2015 listed on the ShenZhen Stock Exchange, jump on the new development platform. With the acceleration of recent national regulatory reform, the rapid transformation of the pharmaceutical industry, how to maintain growth in the fierce market competition and the turbulent transformation of the pharmaceutical industry, seek a breakthrough in the process of continuous change and development in business strategy, company C at this stage, the urgent need to solve the problem. The human resource management system, which is used to promote and facilitate the change, needs to make full use of the efficiency driven business, and effectively integrate with the enterprise strategy. C company’s current human resources management system operating for many years, has formed systematic human resource management, but with the company a new round of growth and development needs, the existing human resource management has been difficult to meet the needs of the company’s strategic development. In order to better cope with business innovation and development, company C to form the consensus of business initiatives in strategic consensus based, and through the strategic planning of human resources and human resources management activities to support the implementation of business strategy.In this paper, according to the theory of human resources management, with a view to combining demonstration study with theoretic analysis, using literature reading, interview, questionnaire investigation, case analysis and other methods, investigate and diagnosis of human resource management in company C, analysis of existing problems and interpretation. Explore the direction of C company’s current human resources management can be improved and optimized, optimized human resources management suggestions and countermeasures are put forward, to further enhance the effectiveness of the organization’s human resources and conformed to C company future growth and development needs.At the same time, hope that through such a study can enhance the human resource management efficiency of C company, it can also provide useful reference for other companies facing the same problem.
