China's real estate market is facing an increasingly competitive situation;the government's macro-control policy makes the real estate market becoming more standardized,and the industry profits becoming narrow.Competition among real estate companies depends more on the overall strength of their competition.More and more real estate companies are beginning to realize the importance of human for business development.On the basis of the theory and practices of human resource management,with the use of questionnaires,interviews and site visits and other methods,author conducted a comprehensive investigation,analysis and in-depth diagnosis of human resource management to HY Company.Through first-hand data collection,and analysis of the company's human resources planning,job analysis and settings,recruitment,performance evaluation,incentives and employee training and so on,found the following prominent issues: first,lack of strategic human resource planning;second,lack of job analysis and settings;third,recruitment methods are too simple;fourth,lack of performance evaluation mechanism;fifth,incentive mechanism is not clear;sixth,lack of employee training strategy and so on.To solve these problems,combined with the latest theory in human resource management at home and abroad,author proposed optimization improvement methods for human resource planning,job analysis and design,talent,performance measurement,employee training and others.
