Resource is not apart from the development of company, and the talent is one of the most important resources. Since entering the21th century, the integration process and economic globalization have enhanced tremendous changes in the world, while have intensified industry's talent competition simultaneously. Talent has become the essence of competiotion among companies. Consequently, the value o fhuman resource becomes the symbol to measure the whole competition of enterprises.With the emergence of the knowledge-driven economy, some persons with modern management ideas, who mastered the new and high technology, become motive power in economic development. In this situation, enterprises have to rely on human resources rather than other physical resources getting competitive advantages in the market competition. The idea that human resources are important and rare resources of socio-economic development has already got general approval, while the function of the enterprise human resources managing department is being changed into the strategic manpower resources management duty from the traditional administrative management function of understanding. More and more enterprises realize that only scientific human resource management could make them initiative in the future market competition. More and more people consider that the human resource management plays an important part in modem enterprises competition environment. The strategies status of human resource management has also become more and more important. However, it still demands great effort to build a scentific and reasionable human resource management system. Ths thesis conducted a deeply research on the human resource management of fact for E company.This thesis synthetically used research method of literature retrieval, questionnaire survey method and inductive analysis. We systematically analyzed the related problems of human resource management and solving strategies for E company.Through scientific analysis survey and diagnosis of E company, we find that its human resources management is weak, and mean while, its performance appraisal is divorced from bonuses, its salary system is not resonable. Threrefor, its employee satisfactio is not high.In this paper, by integrating the modern human resource management theory, the athours start esablising concept of modern human resource, perfecting the system of uman resource management, further developing strategy, optimizing training resource of workers, and concludes E company's current problems of its staff training system, and then made several specific recommendations to solve them.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, building high-quality personnel is critical for enterprises. Therefor, it is very significant both theoretically and practically to conduct a study on human resource management system for E company. I hope this work can promote the right of human resources management for E company, and make a little contribution for the further work.
