ITIL information infrastructure has a constructive guiding role, can effectively solve the problem, the company has been more and more enterprises attach importance to and use.In this paper, we will analyze and study the knowledge framework of ITIL service, which is based on ITIL standard, and the core process of IT is the main theoretical guidance. Taking A company as an example, this paper briefly discusses the thoughts and principles of A company to build the basic framework. In A company to set up after sales support InfoCare platform, to clarify the company’s contact, to determine the quantitative criteria.
