The virtual human resource is a external human resource, which is based on the cooperative relationship for seizing market opportunities or achieving the enterprise’s strategic objectives.In the 1980 s, the emergence of strategic human resource management and the drastic change of enterprise’s management environment made the function, organizational structure and operation model of the modern enterprise had changed greatly. The proposion of the Theory of core competence and Potter’s theory of value chain, also laid the foundation for the human resource virtualization, and guide enterprises to focus on enhancing the core competitiveness and ensuring the the high quality of value chain activities. In this paper, the N company is a global F2C(factory to customer) e-commerce virtual company, the virtualization integrated the resources of scientific research and development, manufacturing, financial management,service marketing, logistics and others outside the company, saved money, reduced operational risks, improved the ratio of output to input by breaking through the bottleneck of traditional business. As early as the N company was founded, using virtual human resources for business, only retaining product patents and technical patents as the core resources determine its virtual human resource management. The virtual human resource management of N company has the problems: low team cohesion, poor restriction, single and passive motivation and so on. This study through massive literature research found that the problem also lied in the same industries and enterprises as well as the reality of human resources management of enterprises. And it is also the hot issues for the study of Scholars and enterprise manager. Now most in-depth study for realistic of human resources incentive model have done, but virtual human resource management incentive model is rarely studied.This paper firstly refines the essence of the application of incentive theory based on the problem of the existing incentive model for N company, which provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of N company incentive model. And then clear the purposes of optimization of incentive model, make the principle for incentive model’s optimization through in-depth communication with the enterprise management. On the basis of theoretical research and practical analysis, this paper do study from the salary, achievement, emotional,training and environment exploration, and the results have been applied in N company guideing the virtual human resource management activities and optimizing the incentive model of the virtual human resource, which have achieved fruitful results: Enhancing the company’s capabilities for talent training and the cohesion of the virtual team, achieving a good cycle of sustained incentive and self motivation, improveing the performance of thecompany.In view of the effectiveness of N virtual human resources incentive model, this paper also extends the research on banking, direct selling industry, real estate and so on.
