Along with the development of economical globalization, and the progress of scienceand technology, enterprise's competition tends to be severe. The human is the essential powerof economical development, when an enterprise wants to survive and develop itself, the mostimportant question which it should pay attention to is the question of staff. If an enterprisewants to bring staff under control, reduce the handling cost, and avoid management risk, itmust use the advanced human resource management method, establish the scientific andeffective human resource management system. The virtual management of human resource isthe kind of human resource management pattern which meets the request of economicaldevelopment.The actual meaning of the virtual management of human resource lies in that it can breakthrough the idea of traditional human resource, combine and optimize human resource, fullyutilize the resource outside the enterprise to conduct activities which correlate with thebusiness target. Furthermore, reduce the cost of human resource. Different from humanresource management in the past, the virtual management of human resource emphasize thatthe resource and attention should be concentrated on core competence, expand the strategicfield by information technology in order to meet the environmental change. The virtualmanagement human resource can dispose human resource according to the particularity andquality principle.
