Research On The Application Of Process Mining In The Process Optimization Of Telecom Enterprise

Due to the development of information technology and the need of enterprise business, workflow management system has been more and more applied to the various sectors of society, including the telecommunications industry. The use of the system makes the business process of telecom enterprises can be automated, and improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise. However, with the use of the system in telecom enterprises, and gradually found in Telecom complex business process modeling is difficult to achieve; at the same time, has been formed as a result of the competition situation of the telecom industry operations, telecom enterprises need quickly in response to changes in the market and business processes also need to quickly change. Therefore, this paper puts forward the idea of applying process mining to the optimization of telecom enterprise.Firstly, the process mining technology are studied, select the heuristic algorithm as the main technical means of process optimization. Process mining leads to workflow management into a feedback loop structure, the event log is the starting point of process mining, in the event log storage format chose xes format as an event in the log storage format of three commonly used algorithms of mining, their advantages and disadvantages pointed out that choice as a method for process optimization, heuristic algorithm for mining.Secondly, the current situation of the business process management system in the telecommunication enterprise is studied. Starts from the CTG-MBOSS system, transverse analysis of business processes involve different system, vertical layering technology including data layer, data access layer, business logic layer and information presentation layer, through all levels of system components to support each other, realize the function of the system. Followed by the analysis of the composition and operation mechanism of the process instance, it is found that although the process management system to regulate the implementation of the business process, but there are still many problems need to be solved using process mining method. Finally, in order to apply the process mining method, the process data is extracted from the process management system, so the storage methods and extraction methods of the process data are studied.Finally, after analyzing the operation principle of the process, the three high-frequency business processes of the telecommunication enterprise are analyzed. First from the telecommunications terminal extract event log, put forward to the event log, for the event log in the presence of incomplete information, noise information and redundant information, gives the cleaning method and the event log were character and format conversion. Secondly, according to the needs of process optimization, the traditional heuristic algorithm is improved, and the ProM framework is chosen as a process mining tool to develop a new mining plug-in. Finally the aforementioned theoretical method of empirical research, using improved heuristic process mining algorithm to mine the event log after pretreatment, and seeks to exploit the business bottleneck nodes, decision nodes and redundant approval of the node delay, and combined with the actual business process is analyzed, and the process of realizing the optimized.
