Research On Process Mining In Bulk And Groceries Port Business Management

This paper,combines the frontier theory and methods such as workflow and process mining with the problems encountered in the business management process of Guangzhou Port Group production business management system.as the research background.Through the excavation of the real process reflected by the event log of Guangzhou Port Group's production business management system and the construction of the ideal workflow model,using the consistency check technology,this paper proposed the optimization plan for the business management process of bulk grocery port.In the actual situation of port production,the corresponding optimization scheme was realized in the port production business system.First of all,this paper analyzes and describes the concept and characteristics of the business management process of bulk groceries port in the background of researching the bulk business management process.After analyzing the user information,role information and the interaction between users involved in the actual business management process of bulk grocery port,this paper researches the workflow modeling theory and method.Based on the actual background of bulk grocery port business management,this paper choose to use Petri nets to set up a workflow model of bulk commercial port business management process as an ideal model of port business management process.Secondly,through the summary of the theory of process mining and the background characteristic of the process of port business management,this paper puts forward a mining method framework for the port business management process.In order to obtain the real port business management process model,we must extract the log event,preprocess log information,use the methods of process mining in port business management process and mine and analyze the process knowledge information related to the event behavior,based on the data in the process event log.From the perspective of the entire event log,analyzing external factors and internal factors that affect the efficiency of the process.Then,the theory of process diagnosis is summarized.Based on the consistency check technology in process mining and the actual business process diagnosis needs of bulk grocery port,a relatively complete set of basic framework of process diagnosis technology is proposed.By examining the ideal model and the real model,the degree of deviation between the two is quantified.From the perspective of deviation events,this paper analyzes the causes of abnormal cases and determines the risk factors that affect the stability of real processes.Finally,according to the actual situation of Guangzhou Port Group,this paper puts forward a process optimization design scheme based on process risk factors and realizes the process optimization design scheme in production business system.
