Research On Optimization Of Broadband Business Process In H Province Unicom Co

In the Internet era, the traditional telecommunications industry is facing external competition and internal problems due to overstaffing in organizations, multi-management levels, scattered resources, and lack of process management. The existing system and mechanism can not meet the development needs of the severe tests. The double pressure from customer's demand of diversification,convenience and Internet-orientation, and from employees' urgent need to improve their own interests makes the enterprise find ways and means of breakthroughs in the reform. Using the thought of process management to optimize the business process and improve the performance of the process has been more and more practical.Based on this background, for the H Province Unicom broadband business process operation status,this paper uses the method of survey research, comparison research of H Province, China Unicom broadband business process in the presence of problems and the same industry broadband business process operation experience. In determining the principles, objects and methods of broadband business process optimization of the proposed business process optimization of specific programs, a clear business is accepted,broadband installed,unconditional acceptance optimization principle and content of three key processes, and puts forward the corresponding functions of the departments adjustment and test nuclear incentive scheme. Finally, this paper puts forward the implementation of H Unicom broadband business process optimization, that is, from demand, leadership, resources and cultural aspects of the implementation of security, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of service, improve customer perception.This thesis is hoped to provide the feasible reference for the telecommunication enterprise business process optimization research and the enterprise process management theory to and practice.
