New Development Strategy Of Urbanization In Jinjiang City Of Fujian Province

Urbanization for the development of human society, is a very important process, it is the objective demand of the development of a country or a region, but also a country or region to promote the modernization of important steps. Since the founding of our country’s urbanization construction carried out slowly, after the reform and opening up, in just 30 years, has basically completed before some western developed countries take big decades or even hundreds of years to complete the urbanization process, this is a miracle. However, due to the unreasonable development model of urbanization in the past, the various resources gathered in large and medium-sized cities, attracts a large number of young adults to go to work in the city, and are lack of attention to the development of the rural, invest little, the weakening of agricultural production, rural face fears of hollow and unattended. At the same time, large and medium-sized cities because of the rapid growth of population, resources, transportation, public security, environment and so on various aspects are facing a huge test.In this paper, through the rural urbanization in terms of relevant literature at home and abroad, according to the paper summarizes the literature obtained, found that most of the scholars both at home and abroad from the macro aspect of theoretical research on urbanization, abroad tend to study the origin of the theory of urbanization and some related concepts, the connotation and characteristics of domestic, focus on the research of urbanization as well as some problems of the current, in recent years also some scholars to research of new type of urbanization, but for specific systematic research on the construction of regional urbanization does not see more, not to mention the special system was studied for the new urbanization in fujian province, the starting point of this is also in this paper.This article selects the jinjiang city of fujian province as the research object of the new urbanization construction development situation, combined with the economic and social development situation of jinjiang city urbanization construction and the current new results and existing problems are expounded, and analyzed the influence factors of jinjiang new urbanization construction, and some existing problems and restricting factors put forward related development strategies.
