Study On In Situ Urbanization Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Urbanization is the important way to solve the problems of three agricultural problems,but our urbanization in the past years has not played fully its proper role,There are two reasons :first,In the long term“Migration type”development mode of urbanization led to a large number of rural surplus labor forces poured into large cities under the influence of the dual economy system and the dual household registration system,cause to a particular group--peasant-workers, Migrant workers in cities to work,but was unable to enjoy the treatment of urban residents;second,In the past the process of urbanization, Due to the one-sided emphasis on building small towns development while ignoring the big cities, one-sided emphasis on speed to the neglect of quality development, leading to irrational structure of the city, extensive mode of growth has put a heavy strain on ecology, environment,energy. Urbanization development pattern needed restructuring, taking the road of new-type urbanization and In Situ Urbanization line with the new strategic orientation of urbanization, benchmark significance to future direction of urbanization development.In this context, the paper based on the analysis of status of urbanization in our country, new urbanization intension and its relation with In Situ Urbanization,and In Situ Urbanization’s characteristics and advantages,in the last the paper proposed development ideas of In Situ Urbanization.The paper has a total of four chapters, Chapter is the introduction part,introduced the background,significance and research at home and abroad and so on.Chapter Ⅱ describes Current situation of the development of urbanization in our country, including review process, the existence question and the reason of the problem. Chapter III to V is the main part of the thesis. Chapter III highlights the connotation and strategic orientation of the new urbanization, summarizes the characteristics and advantages of In Situ Urbanization, thinks In Situ Urbanization accord with the strategy orientation of the new urbanization,that is an effective practice of the new urbanization mode.Chapter IV analysis of two typical cases,holds that small town construction is the main content of In Situ Urbanization mode,put forward countermeasures of construction of small towns, that makes clear the problem need to pay attention in the construction of small towns, and study scope of application of in situ urbanization.
