Our country is a country desperately short of water resources, water pollution caused by industrialization and urbanization, rapid development of China’s water resources is exacerbated by the shortage of state. With the introduction of policies related to environmental protection, China’s water pollution treatment industry developed rapidly in the last decade. KS Company as a "drainage experts from Germany" product homogeneity fierce competition has led to a significant decline in its market share and profitability of the business. Therefore, KS company needed to solve the problem of how dramatic changes in the market environment, using its own resources and the capacity to implement core business transformation strategy to build sustained competitiveness achieved stable development. This paper aims to study the German KS strategic transformation in China, helping other machinery manufacturing enterprises in China to seize the opportunity to achieve strategic transformation for sustained development.Firstly, the strategic transformation of the research background, significance, research status are introduced, it raised the question of German companies need strategic transformation KS; secondly, from the two aspects of the value chain theory and enterprise strategic transformation theory introduced the theoretical basis for the development of the German KS strategic transformation program has laid a theoretical foundation; again, Germany KS company where the macro environment, industry environment, the industry value chain, development status and internal value chain analysis; Finally, based on the value of chain of KS company strategic transformation in China, positioning and transformation goals, respectively, from the reconstruction of customer demand management system, development strategy and adjust the adjustment processes and production and procurement systems and other specific strategic transformation program were analyzed from the inside angle change organizations, change management of operations, and changes in investment and financing system of the human resources system changes and other embodiments and proposed safeguards transformation of manufacturing services.
