As a communication industry rising star,China was completely bac kward in technology from the beginning and needed to purchase foreign equipment in an all-round way,then gradually realized the localization of equipment,and finally took the lead in technology.There is a very famous saying goes,"first-class enterprises formulate standards,second-class enterprises create brands,and third-class enterprises develop products".Chinese companies have experienced a transformation from a third-class company to a first-class company from developing products,creating brands and formulating standards.With the continuous rise of Chinese companies,it is bound to have an impact on the market share and profits of western communications enterprises.And as for Western communications enterprises,how should they deal with this cha nge? This essay also hopes to help other communications manufacturing enterprises in China to seize the opportunity in order to achieve strategic transformation,as well as the sustainable development and growth of the company through the study of the strategic transformation of K Company.The K company mentioned in this essay represents the western senior communication enterprise in China.From the perspective of western communication enterprises in China,this essay firstly introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance and the current research situation at home and abroad.Secondly,this essay deeply analyzes the internal and external environment of K Company from the perspective of strategic transformation,transformation reason and problems of current strategy.Among them,the external environment includes the political,economic,social,technological environment and other aspects,the internal environment includes the internal resource and key capability.Thirdly,the trans formation scheme design based on value chain theory,setup the orientation of transformation,target and router for the transformation.Lastly,it is necessary to determine the implementation plan of the company's transformation,including centralization and differentiation strategy.At the same time,the implementation of these strategies needs to be guaranteed from the two aspects of system and culture.The first point is to change the technology R & D system and sales service system,and the second point is to change the internal organization and corporate culture.Through the research on the strategic transformation scheme of foreign communication enterprises,this essay hopes to provide reference ideas and countermeasures for the further development of Chinese communication enterprises.
