But now we still lack of a comprehensive guiding framework for execution plan for our country's manufacturing enterprise servitization transformation and its safeguard mechanism and the construction of supporting system. Thus the articlebasedon the research achievements of scholars both at home and abroad, building a system scheme and safeguarding mechanism framework on manufacturing industry servitization transformation,which helps to instruct and advance the materialization of our nation's manufacturing industry servitization transformation work, meanwhile works as a reference on some related research.This article uses a combination of theoretical analysis with practical cases as research method, taking a systematical research into the basic theory of our country's manufacturing industry servitization strategy transformation and its internal and external motives, process and realization mechanism, setting "industry 4.0'and "Made in China 2025 strategy" as background, through field research into M central air-conditioningmanufacturing enterprise, and combining learned theoretical knowledgewithdeeding inside enterprises to experience and study, gradually building a rather comprehensive and systematical manufacturing industry servitizaion strategy transformation framework with a safeguarding and supporting system.
