The Research Of ABB Drive Servitization Transformation

In the wave of economic development in the worldwide,manufacturing industry is growing rapidly.Since twenty-first century,Manufacturing industry come out first and substitute for other economic.However Human society is gradually entering the service economy,The main developed country of core economic have changed from manufacturing industry to servicing.As part of the new value strategy,service is not only an important means for manufacturing enterprises to improve the competitiveness and profit,but also is an important source for circular economic sustain and optimize the industrial structure of manufacturing.With the deepening of servertization,Mode of operation has been moving from product to solve the problem with product and service for customer.Traditional manufacturing having extended to both of smile curve along the value chain.So,It is worth of studying subject of servertization in manufacturing.In this thesis,according to the selected topics,periodical,previous research result,the relevant literature and theory were reviewed.Using the theoretical knowledge methods and combing with the actual situation of the enterprise ABB drive company to study.Analyzes the present situation of ABB drive company and the necessity of servertization,Through the field survey and expert interview method to analyze the main problems be confronted in the servertization of company.In order to improve the company's competitiveness and sustainable development capacity,give some relevant suggestion we faced.I hope that the research results of this thesis can provide guidance for the servertization of ABB Drive Company,and also provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises.
