The Research On The Application Of Amoeba Business Model In The Operation Of Domestic Hotels

Japan's "saint" of business Kazuo Inamori in a single original body "amoeba" inspired,according to the environment of it with the outside world transform to constantly change itself to adapt to the environment features,founded the ameba management pattern,and in the establishment of the successful landing of kyocera,ameba management pattern the soul of kyocera,standing after wind and rain,growth for Japan was one of the outstanding enterprises.Similarly,Japan airlines(JAL),which inherited the philosophy of Kazuo Inamori,came back from the dead after it filed for bankruptcy in 2010.It can be seen that amoeba operation,as a unique phenomenal operation concept,deserves to be regarded as an innovative flexible enterprise management model.Although China's national conditions are quite different from Japan's,the introduction,study and application of this concept are of profound significance.BA hotel,founded in 1980,is a three-star tourist hotel with a history of more than 20 years.It is also a large-scale comprehensive hotel integrating accommodation,catering,entertainment and business.With the transfer of urban center due to expansion and development,the hotel has gradually lost the advantages of the previous geographical location and the impact brought by the continuous renewal of the market.In2012,the hotel suffered a devastating housing collapse,causing a major liability accident.In the face of internal and external troubles,the hotel management implemented the improvement plan,including the amoeba operation model as the guide,to implement the amoeba operation mode in the hotel,in order to cope with the difficult situation of the hotel.This paper describes the process of hotel applying amoeba business model,evaluates the implementation effect,and summarizes the experience and lessons of amoeba business model in service industry under the special national conditions of China.
