The Study On Land Consolidation Zoning And Protection Countermeasure Based On Biodiversity Protection

Biodiversity, as one of the indicators of ecology environment, has been seriously affected by land consolidation projects. Biodiversity is the basis of land protecting, it is a frontier to study the biodiversity in land consolidation field, it also has a profound meaning on the protection of biodiversity. Land consolidation partition is the key of the important area layout of land renovation plan. This study focuses on the biodiversity protection in land consolidation, planning to improve the protection degree of biodiversity.We took the whole area of China as the case study, but Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and part of the island are not included for the unavailable data. Ecological value, ecological risk and the distribution of the cultivated land consolidation constitute the index system. At the same time we divided the consolidation zone with the bottom-up method. Followings are the methods we used and the results we got,1 、 Taking the pixel(1000 m*1000 m) as a basic unit, we took the Mammals and vascular plants as example, related data were collected to build the index system of the degree of the importance of biodiversity, we got the results with the principal component analysis. According to the index systems, we divided the data into different grades with relevant scores, we put the indicator maps stack in ARCGIS, in the same way, we overlayed the Chinese ecological geographic partition data,ecological value partition data, ecological risk partition data and land consolidation data, then we got the zoning results and the distribution of the protection level in different kind of land consolidation.2、Specific protection countermeasure was put forward for every consolidation zone according to the ecological value, ecological risk and the type of the consolidation.We got 94 land consolidation zones with spatial overlay analysis. Different protect countermeasures is put forward in different land consolidation zones. Then we analyses the distribution of protection grades in different kind of land consolidation.The results suggest that the activity in cultivate land has a lightly bad effect on biodiversity. The ecological risk level of the key area of appropriate tillage unused developing is low, the ecological value is high, so relevant measures must be taken when we exploit the unused land. Both of the ecological value level and ecological risk level are high, so the consolidation activity may seriously affect the biodiversity without caution, more attention must be paid to protect the biodiversity and the degree of the protection must be improved.This study will help us comprehensively understand the land consolidation. The land consolidation zoning indicator system we build based on biodiversity protection could benefit the land reclamation planning work and the biodiversity protection work in our country.
