With the continuous expansion of district heating, heat-exchange stations as hubs connecting heat sources and heat users are growing in numbers and importance, whose operation condition directly affects heating quality. Currently, the prevalence of heat-exchange station extensive operating, energy consumption uneven quality and energy-saving heating absence of quantitative evaluation, hindering the work to carry out energy-saving heating. A scientific and rational evaluation system to highlights weakness in energy consumption, guides the improvement and optimization and ensure safe and efficient operation of heat-exchange stations.In this thesis, the actual project engineering as background, heating information management platform is a base, start the analysis from operating data. Based on further research on energy efficiency evaluation indexes and methods of heat-supply, constructed guidelines layers include security, technique, energy efficiency indicators. Identified include temperature qualified rate, system hydrating rate, power consumption per unit area such as 10 indices for evaluate operating conditions of heat-exchange stations. Those indicators on the network platform is available, comparable and quantifiable. Index weight is determined by applying the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight. It avoids the subjective limitations and takes both subjective and objective information into account, which makes weighting the index rational. To realize real-time multi-dimensional evaluation on the performance of the heat-exchange stations. Make sure all heat-exchange stations comprehensive ranked list, provide operation improved decision basis for managers and objective basis for rewards and punishments. With the aid of energy efficiency benchmarking, its gap could be highlighted, optimized operating guidance and reasonable suggestions for improvement are given. Under the premise to meet the heating needs, make heat-exchange station continuous optimization and improvement, and gradually achieve the optimal operating condition.Combined with the outdoor temperature changes for the operation of 23 heat-exchange stations in real time ranked list, continuous optimization and improvement. Empirical evidence shows that energy-saving evaluation system for heat-exchange stations built in this thesis scientific and rational, quantitative comparable, has certain guiding significance. It helps to improve operation quality and energy efficiency.
