Research On Risk Control Of TZ Company's New Energy Vehicle Charging Station Construction Project

Since the beginning of 21st century,with the decrease of proven oil reserves and the deteriorating trend of the pollution caused by automobile exhaust emission,the voice of new energy vehicles applications was increasing gradually.Hydrogen powered cars and electric vehicles emerged as the times require.Especially in recent years,with the great breakthrough of battery technology,the use of electric vehicles was gradually turning from a dream into a reality.However,without complete supporting facilities,the large-scale popularization of electric vehicles seemed no possibility.The scale of charging station construction had been one of the main bottlenecks restricting the development of electric vehicles.As a new technology,the charging station for new energy vehicle had inherent problems,such as needs of more advanced technology,the disunity of construction standards and many internal factors.Therefore,this paper focused on the TZ Company construction of charging station for new energy station,in order to plan properly,layout scientifically and avoid risk during the project.This paper was in the sight of enterprise risk management,which forecasted the needs of the new energy vehicle charging by the script method.On this basis,the project risk management theory was introduced into the charging station construction project.Using quantitative analysis method and extracting several important risk factors of project was used to build risk assessment system and guide TZ Company for response decision-making.This paper provided highlight of the risk management method in project and proposed the risk management system and comprehensive evaluation method which showed certain feasibility.Finally,we hoped that this could provide a reference for future projects of TZ Company.
