At present,due to the continuous increased expenses of participating in international and domestic related exhibitions,and the decline in the effectiveness of the exhibition,coupled with the rapid growth of the internet industry,B2B e-commerce platform has gradually become one of the important channels for SMEs to obtain new orders,some SMEs even take the B2B platform as the only channel to develop business.These B2B platforms not only save exporting companies'and oversea buyers'a lot of exhibition attending expenses and large-scale engine search time,but also establish an efficient platform for both export companies and oversea buyers to quickly and accurately match each other and communicate at any time,so many domestic B2B e-commerce platforms emerged in these years.Alibaba international platform is undoubtedly the leader in these B2B e-commerce platforms.According to the data,many exporting companies spend a lot of money every year on the Alibaba international platform,many companies even pay extra to the Alibaba international platform for product rankings.They look forward to getting more inquiries through the Alibaba international platform by this way,then try to turn these enquiries into orders.In many cases,the number of inquiries is up to the expectations of these exporting companies,but what is the quality of the enquiry on Alibaba international platform?There was no a scientific evaluation standard before.Based on the a'bove background,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to conduct in-depth research on the inquiry of Alibaba international platform.The complex problems are layered by matrix operations in analytic hierarchy process,finally,the weight of each factor's influence on the target layer is worked out in this way.First,an indicator system that affects the quality of inquiries on Alibaba international platform is established.This indicator system consists of a target layer,three criteria layers and 20 indicator layers.Through experts,marking,all indicators are given weights,which directly re:flect the extent of the impact of the corresponding indicators on the inquiries on Alibaba international platform.Based on the results of this research,this paper further establishes an evaluation model for the quality of the inquiry on Alibaba international platform,and puts forward the grading standard of inquiry quality and the scoring principle of model evaluation index.The successful establishment of this evaluation model can not only become a more effective evaluation tool for judging the quality of inquiry on Alibaba international platform,which has certain practical meanings for export companies to evaluate the quality effect of the inquiry on Alibaba international platform,at the same time,it also provides a scientific and reliable basis for export companies to manage and make decisions for Alibaba international platform.In addition,the research in this paper also improves the application of AHP in different industries.In order to test the validity and practicability of the above quality evaluation model,this paper selects a representative export company named D company,who has been the Gold Paid Member for 12 years on Alibaba international platform,and applies the quality evaluation model of Alibaba international platform with D company.The actual verification was carried out in the D company,and it was found that the verification effect of the evaluation model in D company was very consistent with the actual situation.This shows that the model has a good promotion value,and also provides a new way for export enterprises to analyze the effect of Alibaba international platform.
