Countermeasure Of The Exploration And Development Of Hunan Industrial Tourism

The industrial tourism in China started late and the speed of development is a little bit slow. As a big province of tourism, Hunan province has only five national industrial tourism demonstration site, and 34 provincial industrial tourism demonstration site. From the perspectives of the management effect of tourist attractions, industrial tourism has created little value. It has a closely relationship with the size and quality of the industrial tourism projects. This paper turns to the point of the development of industrial tourism in Hunan province, through literature review and interview research methods to explore a series of problem in the process of industrial tourism development in Hunan province. The following points are what we have found:The Industry domain in Hunan province always has a powerful team which possesses the resources of development of the industrial tourism, especially in the developing process of industrial transformation and the resource-conserving & environmental-friendly society.The industrial enterprise need to promote the sustainable development capacity by developing tourism industry. However, the industrial tourism in Hunan province started late and the speed of development was a little bit slow. By 2014, there are in total five national industrial tourism demonstration sites, 34 provincial industrial tourism demonstration sites. From the distribution of the 39 enterprises, it’s mainly located in the developed areas of Chang-Zhu-Tan regional or along the distribution along the highway, high-speed railway. From the distribution of industry which is mainly concentrated in the old, urban industrial, arts and crafts. Especially the development of old and famous food tourism project is mainly depended on the development of food industry in Hunan province.The current problems or difficulties in the process of industrial tourism development in Hunan province mainly include the unpopularity of the social recognition for the emerging industrial tourism projects and the industrial enterprise’s own problems to be solved. For example, managers have misconception in tourism, the imperfection on supporting facilities, and the problems of communication with the outside world, etc. What need to point out is that the top 100 enterprises in Hunan province did not pay much attention to the industrial tourism; Hunan industrial tourism market is relatively single, and the product promotion and propaganda is not enough. In order to solve the problems in industrial tourism in Hunan province, the paper analyzes the strategies of Hunan province industrial tourism development with the help of the system theory, the core-edge theory and under the guidance of sustainable development theory. First of all, make the most use of the government in the industrial tourism link role; Industrial enterprises should change the management idea, establishing interactive platform of the industrial tourism and promoting the development of industrial tourism in Hunan province.
